The red 2022 Salanques was produced with a blend of 70% Garnacha, 20% Cariñena and 10% Syrah that reflects the warm and dry year, but keeping high acidity (6.3 grams). It fermented in stainless steel and oak vats and matured in new and used French barriques for 12 to 14 months. It's a classical modern Priorat with notes of wet slate, abundant spiciness and an earthy dustiness.
