Parker review
The red 2023 Les Crestes was produced with a blend of 80% Garnacha, 10% Cariñena and 10% Syrah from llicorella slate and clay and limestone soils. It fermented in stainless steel and matured in a combination of oak foudres, concrete eggs and used barriques for four to six months. It's fruit-driven, juicy and straightforward, medium to full-bodied with abundant tannins. It has a juicy palate and yields were low.
