Parker review
The Cotes du Roussillon Gallica Rosé is very fruit-driven and floral on the nose, with aromas of lemon, spices, garrigue, red berries and a touch of peach. The palate is medium-bodied, combining lively acidity, juicy texture and an elegant, salty finish with smoky hints. This is a blend of 40% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache Noir, 25% Syrah and 10% Grenache Gris, matured five months on the lees.
