The Centenaire Blanc includes 20% non-centenary Roussanne, but the balance is Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris. It's medium to full-bodied, with ripe guava and melon notes and a velvety-textured mid-palate underscored by a crisp, lime-zest-driven finish.
