Decanter.com: 90/100 Volnay makes some of the most enjoyable reds on the Côte de Beaune, and this is a lovely, delicate wine. There’s good fruit here with clear acidity and firm but fleshy red fruits. Liquorice and crushed cranberry notes emphasise freshness and grip.
