Parker review
Each vintage of this wine is released with different song titles that von der Mark thinks reflects the character of the wine. The 2016 Pinot Noir "I Took A Pill In Ibiza" (Remix) is deep, intense and spicy on the clear, fresh, fleshy and concentrated nose that is reminiscent of thick-skinned cherries and red and black currant. On the palate, this is a concentrated, sweet and juicy but very fine and elegant Pinot. The finish is fine, juicy, vital and energetic as well as pretty complex. This is an impressive 2016 with delicate tannin and vivacious acidity and mineral tension. It is full-bodied and powerful but pure, fresh and elegant. Tasted in May 2020. 92/100.
