The 2014 Brut Nature Gran Reserva Letargia, a Cava de Guarda Superior Gran Reserva aged for about ten years on lees, opens with evolved aromas dominated by tertiary pastry notes, lime and baked apple. Malic, dry and slightly grippy, the palate carries a saline edge that tightens and compacts its structure. The 2014 remains vibrant throughout.
