Parker review
The 2021 K5, from their vines planted in 2005 on laminar slate and granite soils, showcases the house style of fresh and aromatic whites, with notes of fresh herbs. It's floral, with citrus freshness and a salty feeling. They age the wine for 12 months with the lees—without bâtonnage—and give it time in bottle to polish the high acidity. 2021 was a moderate year with milder temperatures and very complete wines that combine power with elegance, and the wine finished with 12% alcohol, a pH of 3.0 and 9.1 grams of acidity coupled with a dry finish. It should be long lived ! 92/100
