Medium- to full-bodied, pure and precise, it offers a seamless texture and a fleshy core of fruit marked by a delicate note of rôti, enhanced by refined gastronomic bitterness and extending into a perfumed, ethereal and seemingly endless finish. 96+/100

Antonio Galloni's Vinous.com: 96/100 The 2023 Doisy-Daëne has a bright and quite intense bouquet: dried honey, candle wax and quince, quite complex but it deserves time. The palate is just exquisite on the opening, with a viscous texture, orange pith and quince mixed with wild honey and a touch of white peach. There is real weight and density on the finish, another superb Doisy-Daëne. Bravo !

JebDunnuck.com:  96/100  All Semillon brought up in one-third new French oak, the 2023 Château Doisy Daëne has a stunning perfume of pure orange marmalade, honeyed white flowers, mint, and caramelized tangerines. It's rich, medium to full-bodied, has a layered, flawlessly balanced mouthfeel, and a great finish. It's a riveting Sauternes from this estate that has so much to love, and I'd put it up with the crème de la crème of the vintage. It will keep for 30 years or more. Drink 2026-2056.
