The 2023 Chablis Valmur Grand Cru is more old school, with greener, apple-like fruit. It's quite stony. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with a lively thread of acidity. This is composed, with a dash of spice toward the finish that has put on a bit of weight since last year. The 2023 is very promising ! 93/100.
