Antonio Galloni's Vinous.com: 90/100 The 2022 Moulin-à-Vent aged one-third in barrel and two-thirds in stainless steel. It has a generous bouquet with red berry fruit, granite and a light fish scale note. The palate is medium-bodied with a lithe entry, silky smooth, showing fine depth and a precise, cracked-black-pepper-tinged finish. This is a well-crafted and moreish Moulin-à-Vent that should age well.
