Parker review
Aromas of red berries, cherries, peonies and orange rind introduce the 2020 Morgon La Voûte Saint-Vincent, a medium to full-bodied, lively and succulent wine with a seamless, integrated profile. Beautifully balanced, it's a charming, youthfully approachable cuvée emphasizing the climat of Douby. 91/100.
Press
John Gilman's View From The Cellar: 92/100 A beautiful example of this exceptional vintage, offering up ripe and beautifully pure fruit tones, coupled to superb soil undertow and a fine, suave structural chassis for long-term aging. The bouquet hops from the glass in a fine blend of cherries, pomegranate, violets, gamebird, a gorgeously complex base of soil, woodsmoke, sweet herb tones and just a hint of summer truffle in the upper register. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and tangy, with superb transparency down to the soil, fine-grained, ripe tannins, a lovely core of fruit and a long, focused and seamlessly balanced young finish. This is certainly approachable out of the blocks, but it is a youthful wine and truly deserves some bottle age to allow it to fully blossom and soften up just a bit on the backend. This is first class Morgon! 2025-2050. 92.
