The Saint-Véran Les Rochats 2023 is a lucid straw hue. The nose is nicely focused with more yellow fruit mixed with dry straw and light earthy scents. The palate is well balanced with a keen line of acidity, a little spicier than the Les Buis cuvée with touches of lemongrass that lengthen the finish. Very fine !
