Parker review
Made entirely from Marselan (a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache), the 2016 IGP Cotes du Brian Les Combettes is a dark, tannic, chunky wine. Herbal up front, it delivers dark cherry flavors framed by hints of vanilla. It offers enough intensity and interest to think holding until 2020 will result in a more interesting wine, and it should drink well for a decade after that.
